General terms and conditions of the Bikers Outlet online store

The general conditions of operation of the online store determine the conditions of purchase and sale of products carried out by the company PINTAR RACING SERVICE doo, Prebačevo 63a, 4000 Kranj (hereinafter provider ). The general terms and conditions of the PINTAR RACING SERVICE online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and international e-business codes. An online store is an information system designed to present and sell products to users. It is managed by the company PINTAR RACING SERVICE doo. The user is the person who uses our system, i.e. the end customer in the online store of PINTAR RACING SERVICE doo.

The provider and the buyer regulate their mutual obligations for purchases via the online store with these general terms and conditions.

The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the provider's online store, the user's rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

Payment methods

  1. Online bank - You can pay for selected products via online banks, such as ProKlik, Klik, etc...
  2. Cash in Advance - If you have decided to pay by proforma invoice, we will send a proforma invoice with all the information to the e-mail address of the invoice recipient. After receiving the funds to our business account or after sending the confirmation of payment to our e-mail, the goods will be sent to the desired delivery address.
  3. Payment by credit card or Paypal - payment via the online platform is also possible with a payment or credit card, and it is also possible to transfer via the Paypal platform.

Until payment is made in full, the products remain the property of the provider.

The provider issues an invoice to the buyer on a permanent medium (paper, electronic invoice, invoice sent by e-mail), which is valid evidence for claiming a complaint or service intervention.

Prices in the online store

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, unless otherwise stated (for example promotions and special discounts). Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and have no pre-determined validity, unless otherwise specified in advance. The prices are valid in case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods and under the above-mentioned conditions. The listed prices only apply to purchases in the Bikers Outlet online store and may differ from the prices in the PINTAR RACING SERVICE showroom. Prices listed in the online store, retail and wholesale prices differ.

Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the provider will inform the buyer in writing or by telephone, and will allow the withdrawal from the purchase, and at the same time will also offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory.

Pictures of products in the online store

Product images are symbolic and may differ from the actual product. Despite the constant updating of data, it may happen that the image of the article is incorrect. In this case, the provider will notify the buyer in writing or by phone, and will enable withdrawal from the purchase, and at the same time will also offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory.

Validity of the promotional offer

The validity periods of the campaign, which may differ from each other, are indicated next to the campaign offer.

The right to withdraw from the purchase, return or exchange the goods

The consumer has the right to notify the company of withdrawal from the contract in writing within 8 days of the delivery of the goods, to the contact e-mail address info@bikers.si . The consumer must then return the goods to the company within 14 days of the written notification, bearing the direct costs of the return or you can read more here . The products must be unused, undamaged in the original packaging and with the original labels intact. A copy of the invoice or if the invoice was issued electronically, this is not necessary. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. The buyer has the option to refund the entire purchase price or exchange it with another product. The provider shall do so within 45 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract at the latest.

All products on sale in the Bikers Outlet online store have an importer's or manufacturer's warranty and guaranteed servicing at the provider's headquarters in Slovenia. To claim the warranty and service maintenance, please contact the provider exclusively. As a rule, the warranty does not apply to: consumables that are subject to constant use (visors, vents, tires, brake pads, filters, etc.) The warranty is claimed with a copy of the invoice. All factory defects and deficiencies that may arise will be rectified at the service center free of charge. Service for products after the expiration of the warranty is guaranteed for a period of 2 years, unless otherwise stipulated by law or unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

The warranty ceases to be valid in the following cases:

  • failure to follow the instructions for use
  • repair and service performed by an unauthorized person
  • installation of non-original components of the product
  • careless handling of the product
  • injuries caused by mechanical impacts due to the fault of the buyer or a third party
  • improper installation

Delivery time

The online store Bikers Outlet wants to meet the wishes of all customers as much as possible.

Goods are delivered only on working days (from Monday to Friday, in some places also on Saturday - express post of Slovenia). If the product is in stock, the delivery time is a maximum of three working days from the receipt of the confirmation e-mail to your e-mail address that your order will be dispatched, otherwise it may take longer .

In the event that the buyer is not present at the agreed address at the time of delivery, the product can be validly collected by an adult who lives in the same household as the buyer, or by another person authorized to collect the product. The person who takes over the delivered product confirms the acceptance of the product and all accompanying documents by signing the document, stating his name, surname and the date of acceptance as well as his relationship to the client. Products purchased from the online store and returned within 14 days of the date of receipt will be eligible for a full refund or credit or exchange if returned in the same condition as when you received them. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. The customer bears the shipping costs for returns for: incorrectly ordered product, wrong size selection, exchange for another product. Shipping and handling costs are fully refunded in the case of a quality complaint. The delivery service is responsible for damaged delivered goods, most often we deliver with Pošta Slovenije doo.


The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments. PINTAR RACING SERVICE doo has a contractual relationship with the bank and Pošta Slovenije.

The right to privacy

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the RS No. 86/2004) and the Insurance Act. All data obtained through the website of the Bikers Outlet Online Store will be used exclusively for sending informative material, offers, invoices and other necessary communication.


Notices about monthly promotions and advertising e-mails must be clearly and unequivocally marked as advertising messages. The sender must be clearly visible. The provider will unconditionally consider the user's wish not to receive advertising messages and notifications about monthly promotions.


The provider makes every effort to ensure the consistency and up-to-dateness of the data published on its website. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the products, their stock and price can change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the website in time. In such a case, the provider will inform the buyer about the changes and enable him to cancel the order or exchange the ordered item. All product photos are symbolic and do not guarantee product features.

Complaints and disputes

Within five working days, the provider must confirm that it has received the complaint, notify the user or to the buyer, how long it will take to process it, and to keep him informed about the progress of the process at all times. The provider will make every effort to amicably resolve any disputes.

Act on out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with the legal norms, the company PINTAR RACING SERVICE doo does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent for the resolution of a consumer dispute that the consumer could initiate in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes.
