WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME?
- If items are marked "In stock", delivery to your address is expected within 1 to 3 working days
- Collection is also possible in our store within a few hours of the order (during working hours)
- Products ordered with the label "On order" or "Pre-order" have a delivery time of more than 7 working days (you will be informed about the exact time later)
- Free shipping for products over 30 EUR
- Next day delivery and express delivery options are also available

WHICH PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Visa Electron. The full amount will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
- We have a quick checkout option that allows you to securely store your credit card information so you don't have to re-enter it for future purchases.
- PayPal: Shop online easily without having to enter your credit card information on a website. Your account will be debited when the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit paypal.com.
- Pay in Advance / Pro Forma invoice
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS, COMPLAINTS, EXCHANGE?
Products ordered and purchased online, in-store, by phone or by email and returned within 14 days of receipt will be eligible for a full refund or credit or exchange if returned in the same condition as received. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase (TRR, card, Paypal, cash). The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning: wrongly ordered product, wrong size selection, exchange for another product, unsatisfactory product. Shipping and handling costs are fully refunded in the event of a quality complaint. The delivery service with which the package was sent is responsible for damaged delivered goods: Pošta Slovenije, DPD, GLS...
The provider is not obliged to accept returns in the following cases:
• goods from a special order,
• goods sold in a promotional offer,
• goods that were not packed in the original packaging,
• damaged goods or damaged packaging,
• goods with traces of assembly,
• goods that the customer did not purchase from the provider,
• traces of changes to the goods
The Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-2) does not apply to business transactions between business entities (B2B). In this case, the return of goods or exchange is not a legal right, as it applies to consumers, but depends on the agreement or general terms and conditions of the seller. A return is only possible if the items have a material defect, or if the seller explicitly allows returns without stating a reason in the terms and conditions.
