WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME?
- If the items are in stock, delivery is within 1 to 3 working days
- Free shipping for products over 30 EUR
- Collection is also possible in the store within 1 to 2 working days of the order

WHICH PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Visa Electron. The full amount will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
- We have a quick checkout option that allows you to securely store your credit card information so you don't have to re-enter it for future purchases.
- PayPal: Shop online easily without having to enter your credit card information on a website. Your account will be debited when the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit paypal.com.
- Pay in Advance / Pro Forma invoice
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS, COMPLAINTS, EXCHANGE?
Products purchased from the online store and returned within 14 days of the date of receipt will be eligible for a full refund or credit or exchange if returned in the same condition as when you received them. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. The customer bears the shipping costs for returns for: incorrectly ordered product, wrong size selection, exchange for another product. Shipping and handling costs are fully refunded in the case of a quality complaint. The delivery service is responsible for damaged delivered goods, most often we deliver with Pošta Slovenije doo.
