Auto Helmet GP-7 FRP

The successor to the venerable GP-6 series, Arai GP's longest-running and most successful car model, the GP-7 is now available in accordance with the Snell SA2020 standard and FIA 8859-2015 homologation.

A complex laminate construction has been used with Arai's proprietary peripheral belt for extra reinforcement, giving the best properties of the outer shell.
The round, smooth and strong outer shell is a feature of every Arai. The ability to reflect energy in cooperation with the absorption capacity of the helmet increases the protection of the helmet itself.
Arai's one-piece EPS inner liner with multiple layers of strength combined with the PB-cLc outer shell has created an unmatched helmet shape. Different densities of EPS are seamlessly molded into a single liner of uniform thickness that matches the smooth contours of the shell and the organic shape of the rider's head for a comfortable helmet fit and excellent field of view.
The Facial Contour System (FCS-2) face pads provide an incredibly comfortable yet firm fit that hugs your cheeks and gently wraps under your jawline to reduce high-speed lift and limit the intrusion of noise from below. Additional pad sizes are available to help customize the fit to your specific requirements.

FHR M6 threaded anchors are located inside the helmet for easy installation of optional FHR mounts for the Hans system if required. The GP-7 also features a removable center chin section for easy drinking system installation. The GP-7 (FRP) looks identical to the SRC version as it was manufactured using the same technology. It has as many as 7 ventilation holes with white ventilation channels; two TDF3 channels in the front, three smaller channels in the middle and one large XDB channel in the back. This optimizes airflow and keeps your head cool while riding. A variable axis visor mechanism (VAS-variable axis system) has been incorporated to lower the pivot point of the visor while allowing the visor to be fully opened. Low-profile pivot screws are used, requiring the use of a T20 torx key, which is included for your convenience.
